These terms govern purchases from this store. By completing an order you agree to them.<\/p>\n
A product shown in the store is an invitation to order, not an offer. The contract is formed when we confirm your order after checking stock, price, and payment. If an item is out of stock, priced in error, or the payment cannot be verified, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we tell you why.<\/p>\n
All prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payment is processed on the 2C2P payment page; we never see or store your card details. We prepare your order once payment is confirmed.<\/p>\n
We deliver to addresses in Singapore only. Parcels are shipped from outside Singapore, and the delivery time shown is an estimate from the courier, not a guarantee. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to your address. Please check your address and phone number: a parcel that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address may be charged for redelivery.<\/p>\n
Keep your password secret and your details accurate. We may suspend accounts used for payment fraud, promotion abuse, automated ordering, or disrupting the store.<\/p>\n
If an item arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, tell us within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery. The steps are in the Return Policy; manufacturing defects are covered by the Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, including for goods that do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.<\/p>\n Write to us first and we will try to put things right. If we cannot agree, you may contact the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or bring a claim at the Small Claims Tribunals.<\/p>\n These terms may change; the version in force when your order was confirmed applies to it.
