Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 apply in addition to anything written here.<\/p>\n<h2>When you can return<\/h2>\n<p>Tell us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the item is not what you ordered;<\/li>\n<li>it was damaged in delivery;<\/li>\n<li>it is defective or does not work as it should;<\/li>\n<li>something listed on the product page is missing from the box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What cannot be returned<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Items damaged by use, accidents, liquid, or unauthorised repair.<\/li>\n<li>Software licences and digital codes that have been activated or redeemed.<\/li>\n<li>Items returned without their accessories, box, or serial number.<\/li>\n<li>Returns sent without our agreement first.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to return<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact us through the Contact page with the order number, photos of the item and its packaging, and a short description.<\/li>\n<li>We reply within 1 business day with our decision and, if approved, the return address and how to send it.<\/li>\n<li>Send the item only after we approve the return.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Return shipping<\/h2>\n<p>The return address comes with our approval. We pay for return shipping when the fault is ours &#8211; a wrong, damaged, or defective item. For other reasons, the buyer pays.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>We inspect the item when it arrives. An approved return is resolved by replacement, repair, or refund, depending on stock and the problem.
