This page explains when an item can be returned and how. Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 apply in addition to anything written here.
When you can return
Tell us within 7 days of delivery if:
- the item is not what you ordered;
- it was damaged in delivery;
- it is defective or does not work as it should;
- something listed on the product page is missing from the box.
What cannot be returned
- Items damaged by use, accidents, liquid, or unauthorised repair.
- Software licences and digital codes that have been activated or redeemed.
- Items returned without their accessories, box, or serial number.
- Returns sent without our agreement first.
How to return
- Contact us through the Contact page with the order number, photos of the item and its packaging, and a short description.
- We reply within 1 business day with our decision and, if approved, the return address and how to send it.
- Send the item only after we approve the return.
Return shipping
The return address comes with our approval. We pay for return shipping when the fault is ours – a wrong, damaged, or defective item. For other reasons, the buyer pays.
Refunds
We inspect the item when it arrives. An approved return is resolved by replacement, repair, or refund, depending on stock and the problem. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection; when the money reaches you depends on your card issuer or bank.
