How long do I have to return an item?

Report within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel, for an item that is wrong, damaged in shipping, faulty, or incomplete. Read the return policy

Does Terromarket keep my card details?

No. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page; we only receive the payment result. Read the privacy policy

How do I claim the warranty?

Contact us with your order number and a short description of the fault; we tell you where to send the item. Read the warranty policy

How do I delete my account and data?

Open My account, then Delete account. Orders we must keep by law are kept for the time the law requires. Read the privacy policy
