A warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from use. This page explains the difference and how to claim.
Who gives the warranty
The warrantor and the period are shown on the product page, the invoice, the warranty card, or the box. Some products are warranted by the official distributor or the manufacturer, others by us. If you are not sure which, ask us with your order number.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects that appear in normal use.
- Parts that stop working without an outside cause.
What is not covered
- Drops, crushing, scratches, and other physical damage.
- Liquid, corrosion, excessive heat, or abnormal voltage.
- Modification, opening, or repair by anyone unauthorised.
- Normal wear: reduced battery capacity, hardened rubber, faded printing.
- A missing, removed, or unreadable serial number.
How to claim
- Have the order number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready.
- Contact us through the Contact page describing the problem, with photos or a video if you can.
- We reply within 1 business day with the next step, including when the claim goes to an authorised service centre.
Outside the warranty
Damage that is not covered can still be repaired for a fee, once you have agreed to the estimate.
